T-SHIRT PRINTING SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Service Provider agrees to print custom t-shirts based on the specifications and artwork provided by the Client, including shirt type, color, size, quantity, and design.

1. Design and Approval

  • The Client must provide final design files in high-resolution format (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, or XCF).
    • Design help may be subject to a surcharge of $50 per hour, rounded up to the nearest full hour for time spent.
  • A digital proof will be provided for Client approval.
  • Production will begin only after written approval of the final proof is received.

2. Client’s Artwork Ownership & Rights

The Client affirms that they own the rights to, or have obtained permission to use, any and all artwork, logos, images, text, fonts, or designs submitted for printing.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before production begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, credit/debit card, or check. Digital (card, Venmo, etc) payments may be subject to a 3% service charge. 

4. Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 10–14 business days from the date of proof approval and deposit. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

5. Revisions and Cancellations

  • One (1) round of revisions is included in the initial price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Cancellations after production begins are non-refundable.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • If any item is defective due to the Service Provider’s error, the Client must notify within 5 business days of obtaining possession to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability and Waiver

The Client acknowledges that minor variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur in the printing process. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to match proofs but does not guarantee exact matches.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Client waives all claims against the Service Provider for damages or losses beyond the cost of the order itself.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Supplying correct and final design files.
  • Confirming order details (shirt style, size, colors, quantity) before approval.
  • Verifying the final proof for accuracy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of  New York.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements.

11. File Storage Policy

The Service Provider will retain final design files and job details for a period of one (1) month after the completion of the project. After this period, files may be deleted and will no longer be available. The Client is responsible for maintaining copies of any artwork or files they wish to preserve.

12. Unclaimed Merchandise and Non-Payment

If the Client fails to make the final payment within thirty (30) days after being notified that the order is complete, the Service Provider reserves the legal right to sell, donate, or otherwise dispose of the finished merchandise. In such a case, the Client forfeits any claim to the goods or reimbursement of the deposit.
